The Collins Foundation For The Arts

is a New York-based 501(c)(3) not for profit media arts organization that cultivates and promotes diverse perspectives by providing outstanding media arts education and exceptional film productions. We are committed to discovering and amplifying new independent voices in cinema, along with established ones.

The Collins Foundation for the Arts pursues its educational mission by providing for individuals who could not otherwise afford a media arts education. Members will have access to the basics of electronic media through free or low-cost production courses and access to broadcast-quality production equipment.

Our signature program will identify young talent from low-income and minority communities and provide access, opportunity and resources free of charge in order to pursue creative careers and give a voice to those yearning for creative expression through visual storytelling.
